ALUMINUM: Tubular, Extruded,
Wrought, Anodized, and Cast
Most manufactures of quality aluminum furniture do not use fasteners to assemble furniture. They use full-circumference welding, as it is the strongest method for joining two pieces of aluminum together. The frame is then primed and its finished coat is an electrostatically applied polyester powder that is baked in heat high enough to melt and bond the powder to the frame. The process produces a colorful coating much more durable than paint. Some cast furniture will use stainless steel fasteners and antiqued finishes, which are finished by hand.
Most offer many design groups and can be with sling, strap or cushion seating. All offer a wide range of finishes and fabrics which will be shown in each catalog.
